Exterior Finish
EXTERNAL WALL INSULATION
A rendered finish is a protective, decorative, and durable coating applied to exterior (and sometimes interior) walls to provide a smooth or textured appearance while also protecting the building from weathering. This layer, made from materials like cement, sand, lime, or silicone, shields exposed brick and other construction materials, prevents erosion, and can improve a property's aesthetic appeal and value.

BRICK SLIP
A brick slip finish uses thin, pre-cut slices of brick (called brick slips or brick tiles) that are bonded to a wall's substrate to create the aesthetic appearance of a traditional brick wall without the weight, bulk, or installation complexity of full-thickness bricks. These lightweight slips mimic the look of real brickwork and can be used for both internal and external applications.

PITCHED ROOF
A pitched roof on an extension is a sloping, triangular roof design with sides that meet at a central ridge, offering better rainwater drainage and the potential for more internal space like an attic or loft. This style is known for its traditional aesthetic, blending well with existing homes, and can be a double-pitched (two slopes) or single-pitched (one slope) design, suiting various extensions like rear or side additions.
