Starting in 1984 our team has over 40+ years of experience in the construction industry. We have seen many changes over the years but one thing remains the same, adding space has always been too expensive for most people. Whether it's adding an extension, garden room or building a house on a plot of land, for most the price has always been the main issue that has stopped them from progressing.
And so that's why we setup Instant Build, a company which prides itself in being Extremely Affordable and Efficient, whilst also delivering High Quality Products!
We specialise in designing practical light weight steel frame solutions for all aspects of the construction industry. From small extensions, granny flats and residential homes through to large scale commercial projects such as Aged Care Facilities, Schools and Hospitals. Using the most advanced and accurate steel framing design software there is nothing we can’t make from light weight steel frames and trusses.

Colin has been involved within the construction industry for over 25 years and has built up a successful portfolio within this period, he has built hundreds of new builds and renovated even more properties since he started in 1999. His mass experience has helped clients get the dream product they deserve.
HARRY DAVEY
MANAGING DIRECTOR (MD)
Starting in 2014 Harry has gained numerous experience over the last 10+ years within the building industry, starting off building 2 bedroom affordable homes all the way up to multimillion pound bespoke homes.

COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS OFFICER
David brings more than 25 years of expertise in commercial property maintenance. With his dedication and skills, he specializes in collaborating with Local Authorities, Hospitals, Educational Facilities, and various other commercial sectors to promote Instant Build’s innovative Modern Method of Construction.
BEN DOYLE
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (CMO)
With over 8+ years hands-on experience within the property industry, Ben's background has shaped a sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality, thus playing a major role in the designing & delivery of dream products to our many clients over the years.
ADAM MULLIN
CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER (CCO)
With over 35 years in construction in the corporate sense and within the trade (Adam was a plasterer when he first started out); Adam has developed an abundance of knowledge and contacts within the construction industry which he has used to build a great team at Instant Build.

Having worked as an Advanced Machine Operative and then moving to a Managment Role, Sam has seen all angles of the business.
He is now responsible for the manufacturing and output of our affordable Home, Home Extension & Garden Room products across the UK.
