Starting in 1984 our team has over 40+ years of experience in the construction industry and so we have seen many changes over the years but one thing that has never changed is that adding space has always been too expensive for most people. From small extensions, granny flats and residential homes through to large scale commercial projects such as Aged Care Facilities, Schools and Hospitals. Using the most advanced and accurate steel framing design software there is nothing we can’t make from light weight steel frames and trusses.

Colin has been involved within the construction indsutry for over 25 years and has built up a succesful portforlio within this period, he has built hundreds of new builds and renovated even more properties since he started in 1999. His mass experience has helped clients get the dream product they deserve.
ADAM MULLIN
MANAGING DIRECTOR
With over 35 years in construction in the corporate sense and within the trade (Adam was a plasterer when he first started out); Adam has developed an abundance of knowledge and contacts within the construction industry which he has used to build a great team at Number 17.
Adam is also the chairman of a successful grassroots football club here on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and you will find him on most Saturdays on the touch line!

Aaron brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. he began his career straight out of school by completing a Level 3 Diploma in Carpentry through an apprenticeship program. Since then, he has successfully contributed to and overseen numerous high-profile projects.
A skilled carpenter by trade Aaron has continually evolved with the industry, emracing innovative construction methods such as light gauge steel, demonstratng, his adaptability and commitment to modern building practices.
