INITIAL QUOTE

After your consultation, Instant Build gets straight to work. Using the details you’ve shared, we’ll generate a bespoke quote designed specifically for your project. Starting with an initial quote which outlines exactly what is included in the project, together with Terms & Conditions, so you can move forward with absolute confidence.

We know this is an exciting time, which is why efficiency is at the heart of what we do. With Instant Build, you won’t be left waiting most customers receive their price within 48 hours, provided the build doesn’t involve unusually complex technical requirements.

4. SITE SURVEY
At Instant Build, the site survey allows for a smooth project. By carrying out this survey, not it gives us an idea of everything from ground conditions and electrical requirements to access points and potential hazards. This means we can identify and address and issues early, ensuring there are no unexpected delays during construction.
FINAL QUOTE
Once your site visit is complete, we’ll refine your quote and get everything finalised.
To secure your project, once you are ready to move forward with the project then a 30% deposit is all that’s needed. With that in place, we’ll set your installation date and can start your project

6. Order Package

The next step is where we start working on the order package. This step allows us to go through the finer details of your order such as door, window, sockets and light placements. The package will include:​

  2. Professional exterior & interior renders (Very Exciting)
  3. Order
  4. Terms & Conditions
Order Review
As soon as you’re confident with the order package, particularly the technical
drawings, it’s time to give the green light and sign off your order—bringing your
build one step closer to reality.

8. MANUFACTURE

The moment your order and technical drawings are signed off, your project shifts into full motion. Your bespoke steel frame is precision-manufactured off-site, ensuring efficiency and quality. OR ensuring speed and excellence.

In less than a week, materials are ordered, labour is scheduled, and your steel frame is being processed. This is when the excitement really begins.

INSTALLATION
Most projects are completed within 8-10 working days, depending on scale and complexity. During this period, as well as receiving regular updates, our expert team carefully manages every stage of the build, ensuring flawless results from the steel frame right through to the final finish.
