We offer a comprehensive, back-to-back warranty on all materials and components incorporated into your building. Each item is backed by its respective manufacturer’s guarantee, ensuring durability and adherence to UK and EU standards.

Additionally, we keep a complete stock of replacement parts for items subject to wear and tear, allowing you to reduce downtime and preserve your building’s integrity over the long term.

Cold-Formed Steel Frame Warranty

- UK fabricated with CE marked components to BS EN 1090
- Designed to Eurocode standards (BS EN 1991 / EC3 & EC9)
- Complies with legal and safety requirements for UK buildings

Brick Slips

- A brick slip is a thin slice of brick, typically around 15-30mm thick, designed to replicate the appearance of traditional brickwork but with a lighter and more versatile application.

Premium Cladding

- Composite wall cladding is manufactured from recycled materials, helping to reduce environmental impact. Each board consists of a mix of recycled hardwood fibres and recycled plastic, providing long-lasting, low-maintenance benefits.

External Wall Insulation

- The installation process involves fixing a layer of insulation material to the external walls of a property, and covering it with reinforcement and a special render in a range of decorative finishes.

25 Year EPDM Membrane Warranty

- A roofing material with a life expectancy in excess of 50 years.
- Our guarantee covers the full range of Rubber Roofing Direct EPDM stock, including their in-house brand, FlexiProof, which offers a fantastic 25-year membrane warranty.

Kingspan KS1000 RW and Tata Trisomet Warranty Packages

- Kingspan KS1000 RW Warranty Packages: Kingspan offers up to 40 years of warranty protection across all key performance areas.
- Tata Steel Trisomet with Platinum Plus Guarantee: 25-year comprehensive system warranty covering the entire building envelope.
- Includes: Trisomet insulated panels, Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra or Prisma finishes, stainless steel fixings, roof lights, sealants, fillers, flashings, gutters, and fall arrest systems.
- Includes direct warranty issued to the building owner by Tata Steel and site inspections conducted by technical experts.
- Performance areas: Thermal Performance (up to 40 years), Structual Intergrity (up to 40 years), Coating and Finish Durability (up to 40 years).

Windows and Doors

- We use Profile 22 Systems for our PVC-u window and door frames, offering long-term durability and performance.
- Frames: 10 years – colour stability, shape, impact strength
- Sealed Glass Units: Sealed Glass Units
- Hardware and Furniture: 1 year – operational performance

Workmanship Guarantee

- At Instant Build, we stand behind our craftsmanship with a comprehensive 12-month workmanship guarantee on all buildings, extensions, and custom designs.
- Coverage Includes: installation mistakes, structural misalignments, defects resulting from workmanship errors.
- Exclusions: Material defects (covered by manufacturer warranties), damage caused by third-party modifications or alterations, damage from improper handling or misuse after installation, structural movement or events beyond our control (such as floods, earthquakes).
